Stop Taking Food Out Of The Mouth Of Children.

There are families that don't have food in their homes for their children, because food stamps are being cut and cut off. What are they trying to do have a world of hunger an people stealing to eat, or is this another way to fill the jails. There is no reason for cutting food stamps except to not give to the poor.
