Stop Viagogo etc. Buying directly off Ticketmaster

Ever tried to buy a ticket and been left at the computer hitting refresh? Only to have a look at ticket re-selling site to find they have 100s available but surprisingly not the same price. How do they do it? Only a very small portion of these are bought and then re sold correctly! Whilst the majority are sold straight to the 'sister' companies before hitting the general public in order to maximise profits and sting our pockets. I'm not asking to ban resale websites, just to stop the companies selling directly.
