Allow walk in sign ups for Gencon 50

Gen con has chosen to limit the number of people coming to this years convention for the first time known since it has been in Indy. I feel that this is limiting the income of not only the convention itself but the vendors and city itself by causing people not to come who normally might come to the con as walk in attendees.
I think they should throw the gates open and allow walk in attendance this year by not limiting the badges like in previous years.
