Stop using prong (aka choke) collars on dogs for abusive training

Choke collars go around dog's neck and every time the owner wants them not to move it cause the dog to choke or gag after being brutally pulled by their throats. Owner should use vest other than choke collars because vest be able to pull their whole body and not just their neck causing them to suffer every yank the owner pulls. Vest would be a better use for dogs because it would allow the owner to have control all the dog's body and not just their neck so they're able to breathe better and would be in less pain.
