Save lives by Making it leagal to have to wear bicycle helmets.

As many people know. On 21st May 2002 Mine and many other people close to me, were effected for a lifetime. This is the date that Troy Parker, my brother, got knocked off his bicycle and he was not wearing a helmet. He suffered inflammation on the brain and we was told that if he did recover he would be brain damaged. After being in hospital on life support for a week, on the 29th May 2002 at Southampton paediatric intensive care unit, Troy’s life machines was turnt off.

Now there is no saying that the helmet would have saved Troy’s life. But it is a massive chance it would have due to having protection on his head. Also with how slow the car was going there would have been less impact.
