Open training season June 1st

To who this concerns the bear hunters of western north Carolina is wanting to change training season from August the 16th to June the 1st. The reason why we want the change is that alot of the houndsmen don't have enough private land to run on during the spring and summer so they have to wait until August the 15th. They are tired of letting there hounds sit in the kennels and not get run or train a pup for hunting season. 98% of the land that can be run on in the mountains is game lands compared to the coast which is 98% private land. We are asking that you change the training season for us and start backing the houndsmen more than y'all do now. We are willing to work with y'all all we can to make this work and get on the same page. Thanks for yalls time.
