shine-bright-like-an-api-edit has been stealing other people's MMD (MikuMikuDance) pictures, usually from deviantART, and slandering the said pictures. According to the tumblr terms and conditions, as well as the code of conduct, this is not allowed. Unfortunately, the tumblr staff has done nothing to solve the situation. This blog has been around for 3 years, posting other people's MMD works without permission from the creator(s) of the picture(s).
If the tumblr staff does not do anything to reprimand the people in question running the blog, authorities will be contacted.
To the tumblr staff:
You say that art theft is not allowed. However, you allow the blog, shine-bright-like-an-api-edit, to run for 3 years (of) stealing other people's pictures from deviantART without permission so they can slander the pictures and the creator(s) of the pictures? This is not allowed and intolerable, and you should know this by now. If something is not done to reprimand the people running the blog, authorities will be contacted, and your website will possibly be shut down if something is not done about the hate blog in question.
Please, at least do something about SBLAAE, and if you are incapable of doing that, again, authorities will be notified.
