We are OPPOSED to the SEVEN (7) STORY HIGH DENSITY HIGH RISE proposed development at 7600 Broadway which will add 250 Apartments, 35,000 SF Office Space & 530 parking spaces in the Oak Park / Northwood Neighborhood. A 378% increase on the current condos!

Do you shop at the already overcrowded Lincoln Heights HEB?

The proposed development will replace the current 2 story 66 condos & the 1 story bldg with SA Flowers, Slater Dry Cleaners ALL bordered by Broadway, E Nottingham Dr & Nacogdoches increasing the traffic flow in this already congested intersection.

For this development to go ahead as planned the developers must have the current zoning density changed from C-2 (Commercial Use) MF-33 (Max 33 units per acre) to MF-65 (Max 65 units per acre). This allows for a max of 266 units on this 4-acre space.
