Stop funding animal neglect with taxpayer dollars!

In the last 3 years the Department of Agriculture has paid millions of dollars for animal deaths due to severe weather. Because of this largese, many farmers prefer to collect this income rather than provide adequate shelter for the lives in their care. As a result thousands of animals are suffering and dying from exposure.

Tell the USDA that this money should only be given to farmers who can prove that they have adequate protection in place.
