    Dangerous travel conditions
    Offensive delay repay policy
    Increasing costs
    Vague promises for the distant future
    Aggressive revenues tactics.

    All the above and more are what the typical northern rail customer has to face every day and all concerns are ignored . All we can ask for is someone else gets a chance at the franchise .
