Many dogs are caged 24.7 in their gardens leading a horrid life no exercise or love there is one near me who only comes out when the cage is cleaned this is no way to treat a dog but it is not againest the law i want the rspca to lobby this and all punishments to be reviewed by goverment as the courts are fareto easy on owners

Still no change for the dog near me. Still caged paceing up and down and barking clearly in distress please email the rspca about this if you can as they still say it is not against the law to cage and the dog is fine where it is. the new ceo is jemery cooper thank you for your support lets get her out of that cage!
