No! To Salem Place Apartments

We cannot allow the building of Salem Place Apartments. The tax burden that will be created is unfair to the residents. The school system is close to max capacity now who will pay for the expansion when they need it (the residents of Daleville). The roads cannot handle the increased traffic. The privacy of the surrounding residents will be questionable (due to 3 story buildings). The lights from the parking lot will be a nuisance. The extra foot traffic is a concern due to the lack of sidewalks. There are numerous other issues. This is not about low income, this is about our rights. We do not want this in our small town.
