HELP END THESE HABITUAL ANIMAL ABUSERS FROM OWNING DOGS

For over 20 years, these people have had dogs and neglect them. Once the puppy phase ends, the dog earns itself a chain. NEVER TO BE PETTED AGAIN. ONLY GETS FOOD AND WATER ONCE A WEEK!!! THEY LIVE IN TEXAS. The elderly neighbor has bought food over the course of 20 years. Gave them ice water, only to be SCOLDED by the abusers!! The sherrif, the animal control is only concerned about their shots and the humane society has not gone out to investigate. HELP US BE THE VOICE THESE DOGS NEED!!! HELP US MAKE THE SHERRIF AND HUMANE SOCIETY LISTEN!!!
