people should sign this petition because Port Authority police Harrasment practize, they come out at peak of rush hour not to help people, not to help traffic flow smoothly either . They come out  only on their interest of making money for them  they are out to hide behing poles and pillars to trap people.  they cause massive traffic chaoses rather than help ease it.
