The End of Permanent Appropriations

There should be NO government shutdown because of bipartisan politics! If a shutdown looms or actually takes place then no members of Congress or the Senate should receive a paycheck. This is attrocious, why should they get paid for NOT FULFILLING THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE? I call for amln immediate abolishment of permanent Appropriations for both congressman and wonen; as well as their counteraparts in the Senate as well. Maybe if their paychecks were withheld we would actually achieve and enact actual legislation!
