The professional establishment at UAMS has been growing in education and professionalism for many years. The staff has has unequivocally become more educated, more compassionate and more efficent with each passing year. We are a diverse group of people who daily care for human suffering. Our scrub color is one of the few things that we have a choice about and allows us to express ourselves to the people we care for and impact. We protest this very unnecessary change in the name of diversity.
