Petition to Enforce the Fair Labor And Standards Act in the District of Columbia

The Fair Labor and Standards Act of 1938 establishes a minimum wage for employees.  Employers in the District of Columbia, and nationwide should comply with the provisions of the Fair Labor and Standards Act and compensate employees minimum wage.  Do you truly know what the minimum wage is in the District of Columbia?  Employees should know their rights and their local minimum wage.

Often, employees understand that maintaining employment is not optional  and speaking out against an employer can cause tension or even termination.  Sometimes complaining is not worth being out of a job, even temporarily.

Sign this Petition to Enforce the Fair Labor and Standards Act and stop the unlawful undercompensation of employees in the District of Columbia and across the nation.
