To not renew Wallace Composting facility type 3 permit

After much back and forth over smell and issues arising from the Wallace Composting facility in Davie county we submit that you not renew their Type 3 permit. They have been given ample opportunity to illustrate that they could contain the smells to their boundries and have failed to do so time and time again. Smells so bad that it impedes other commerece around them, it withholds kids from outdoor activities of 3 nearby schools and bad enough keeps indivuals from being outdoors. Please do not renew their type 3 permit. Thank you.
