Terminate ACLazaga contract service with Amara En Terrazas condominiums

With this petition, we are asking owners of Amara En Terrazas condominiums to give their support to remove the contractor, AC Lazaga from the premises of Amara En Terrazas condominiums. The services provided by this company are considered unsatisfactory on the following grounds:

  • Ignore complaints from owner by lack of cooperation from its gardeners from July to October 2012
  • Its gardeners refuse to improve their services resulting in two conflicts with concerned owner
We, the owners of Amara En Terrazas are supporting this petition and asking the Board of Directors to remove this contractor that failed to provide satisfactory service during the period stated above.
