Guardianship of Estate & Person of Lillian J. Phillips

Lillian J. Phillips has had a stressful life during the last few years of the thirty years or so that I have known her.  Lillian's husband, Raymond W. Phillips suffered from Parkinsons Disease, before his death.  Lillian J. Phillips, his wife, was appointed by the Probate Court to serve as the guardian of Raymond W. Phillip's estate and person until his death.

Until earlier this year, Lillian's very limited income, was the source of support for both herself and Ainsley Jo Phillips, her fifty-nine year old daughter.  Early this year Ainsley Jo Phillips began receiving SSI and Medicaid food stamps and health insurance.

After her husband's death, certain real estate, which was held by Lillian J. Phillips, Guardian
for Raymond W. Phillips, ward.was deeded to Lillian J. Phillips.  According to the Guardianship order, the real estate was to be sold to an S Corporation,  PAC Development, Inc., upon the termination of the guardianship.  The shares were to be issued as follows:  Raymond W. Phillips, 40%; Lillian J. Phillips, 10%,  Ainsley Jo Phillips, 10%  and unrelated parties, 40%.  This action never took place, and the corporation was administratively dissolved in 2008.

In 2004, after Raymond's death, the real estate was deeded to Lillian J. Phillips.  She sold it to P.A.C. Development L.L.C.  The membership interests, to the best of my knowledge, were held as follows:  Lillian J. Phillips, 25%; Ainsley Jo Phillips, 25% and unrelated parties, 50%.

No one seems to be in charge of Lillian J. Phillip's affairs, except her daughter, Ainsley Jo Phillips, who suffers from Lympedema.  Lillian has had help from several others over the past several years.  I do not know the details of the compensation for these services.

Health is a problem for Lillian, who is on oxygen, has hearing and vision problems and suffers from congestive heart failure.  Getting a balanced diet is likely a problem.  Getting her medication, properly, is  also a risk, at times.
