My assistance dog Isabelle was stolen by her previous owner my estranged husband Roy Perritt while I was in the hospital on August 28, 2016 Roy lost all rights to Isabelle after he legally transferred ownership to me on July 21, 2015. A month later she became certified as my assistance dog. Isabelle provides badly needed emotional support as I suffer form major clinical depression , I also have mobility issues, she helps me get around in my wheelchair. Because of her loss I now suffer severe panic attacks. She is now in the hands of a man who unable to take care of her and who has a long criminal history which includes domestic violence towards me and animals.
I beg assistance of SFPD, SF District Attorney , and SF Department of Probation in returning Isabelle to her rightful owner where her assistance is badly needed and where she can spend the rest of her life in safety , comfort and loving atmosphere.
All legal information including proof of ownership , a police report including this matter can be requested from Joel Kim an attorney with Lawyers Committee on Civil Rights, SF.
