Remove Walter Boyd From the Board of the Waterford View Homeowners Association

        Walter Boyd is suing the Waterford View Homeowners Association for $500,000. Suing the Board and your fellow homeowners while you are a member of the board is a conflict of interest. The undersigned feel that Mr. Boyd can not fairly represent his neighbors and fellow homeowners while at the same time, he seeks damages from them.

        Lawsuits against the homeowners of Waterford View Homeowners Association has caused an increase in insurance premiums which will cause all homeowners to be assesed $150/year. Erie Insurance could continue to increase the premiums resulting in higher dues as the current lawsuit may possible continue for many months.

         The Homeowners and Members of the Waterford View Homeowners Association would appreciate Walter Boyd stepping down from his position while he sues us. If he choses not to resign, then the undersigned respectfully move for his dismisal from the board during litigation.
