Remove of Women's Veterans Day in Texas HB 2698

So...Texas has decided based on supposed input from Women Veterans that we need our own day to be celebrated. This separates and divides us from what we all volunteered and pledged our lives to do, protect our country from ALL enemies, foreign and domestic. This bill was approved because it was snuck in and attached to another one, go figure. What's amusing to me about this is that those of us who it pertains to didn't even know it existed or that something along these lines were in the works. When it comes down to the bottomline of this matter, we do our job as one not separates out. We are a TEAM, not individuals. A veteran is one who signed the dotted line and was willing to give up their life for the good of our country and does not need additional praise for what was done. Please help me stop is separation of family.
