Demand all states to make animal cruelty a felony

The abuse of animals is becoming an everyday occurrence. We are always hearing about someone abusing, neglecting & killing animals. This has to stop. If "animal cruelty " cases were to become felonies and punishable by a jail sentence, maybe it wouldn't be happening as much.

Let's be the voice for the one's who have no voice. Let's make people who get charged with animal cruelty pay for what they have done. Let's make all animal cruelty cases FELONIES!!
