Demand the Parole Board of Canada revoke the Balaclava Rapist's parole!

The Parole Board of Canada recently released Larry Takahashi, AKA The Balaclava Rapist, one of Canada’s most notorious rapists, on day parole in the Vancouver area. Despite his 3 lifetime sentences and the Parole Board itself stating that they deem him to be a moderate-to-high risk for sexual and violent re-offending! Public safety is the most important factor when considering parole, and the public most certainly is NOT safe unless he's behind bars.
