Demand Rosemont Police turn Kenneka Jenkins case over to the FBI

Kenneka Jenkins, 19, was found dead in a walk-in freezer of the Crowne Plaza Chicago hotel. The management of the hotel has been uncooperative with the grieving family request to see unedited video surveillance of her last hours alive. The Rosemont Police are also refusing to release the tapes and refusing to turn the case over to the FBI, even after Kenneka's mother requested them to do so.

Each day since her death, people have gathered outside the Crowne Plaza Chicago hotel to voice their concern and implore the hotel to release the complete tapes in their entirety. Concerned citizens stand alongside Kenneka's loved ones and peacefully ask Rosemont Police to allow the FBI to do an objective investigation into the mysterious death/murder of a young lady whose case raises more and more questions, and inconsistencies appear every day this case remains open.

We, the community, on behalf of Kenneka Jenkins loved ones, demand the management of Crowne Plaza Hotel Chicago and the Rosemont, Illinois Police let the FBI conduct a thorough and independent investigation to ensure justice is served for this woman and her family.
