we the LGBTQIA are human and deserve protection under the human rights act, hate crimes against us should be enforced, even if it is law enforcement breaking the laws, transgender women should be separated from the male section of all jails and prisons, and protected from rapes by inmates and guards , there should be hate crime laws in all states, transgender people should be allowed to use the restroom they identify as, via doctors statement, drivers license, birth certificate
