Upsize the Investigations Division to fifty!

We feel it is unfair to have a small division, than all of the other divisions. We have thirteen people wanting to join, and thirty-five people currently hired. Lucius set our divisions capacity to thirty, after we already had thirty-five. We feel this is unfair, as we were told the capacity was fifty by our commandant originally. We are asking that it is put back up to fifty, as all of the other divisions have that capacity.
