Attorney General Merrick Garland must convene Federal Grand Jury now to indict Donald J Trump to the fullest extent of the multiple and repeated Federal crimes that he has committed before, during and after his term in office. Trump has not "learned his lesson" from being Impeached twice. He has not "suffered enough," from losing re-election. "The long American nightmare" of Donald Trump is not over. Trump is a clear and present danger to our democracy. He must finally be held accountable for his actions and finally prove once and for all that no one is above the law, not even a former President of the United States.Trump must be indicted, arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced to the maximum sentences under the law. These sentences should be served consecutively not concurrently for insurrection,, tampering with the election results, obstruction of justice, contempt of Congress, violations of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. How can anyone forget Trump's 2nd "perfect phone call" to Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger "to find him 11,780votes," to change the vote tally in Georgia.He must be made an example of to deter future criminal, corrupt autocratic people from seeking office.
He must be sent to prison for the rest of his life to be punished without pardon or parole.
