Medication access for disabled people in the U.S. army

I believe we live in a modern world and jobs should be available for all types of disabled persons. If someone does take medications for a disability, the army should provide a medical facility on there bases across the globe that can house doctors, psychiatrist, pharmacy techs, and medical staff. This facility would be able to medicate disabled persons that are able to perform army duties with medication. This could also be included for marines and navy. I have disability where I take medication and 100,000 dollars in student debt. If I could find an army job that specializes in my field while taking medication and forgives 50,000 dollars in student debt that would be great.
