SOLUTION:
Registered guests over 18 years of age be issued either a pass, wrist band, or be required to sign in at the pool or other amenities such as shuffleboard, or clubhouse Ect.

No resident/owner need be present as a legal guest can show a wrist band, authorization letter, or be signed-in at any other facility. which they can show to management upon request.

This practice is being used at many other parks/resorts in the area.

Owner already has Non-Liability Sign Posted at pool.

The rule allowing Drinking of Alcoholic Beverages in the pool be rescinded.
