PROTECT THE NZ DOLPHIN

SAVE THE NEW ZEALAND DOLPHIN

In 1970, there where 30,000 New Zealand Dolphins, today there are fewer than 7,000 left. And, for the small population around New Zealands North Island (known as the Maui's dolphin), it's even more critial- there are fewer than 100 left alive!. Unless the GOVERNMNET ACTS NOW the Maui's will be gone in as little as 38 years. It's fishing nets that kill this unique little dolphin. They are dying in nets at a horrifying rate. Their fate is in the hands of the New Zealand Government, but the Government CAN save them. It's really quite simple-all the dolphins need to ensure their future is a safe place to live- an area free from death nets that will cause there excinction.
