allow account removal from wizard101 family plans

wizard101 has a great function where you can add accounts to a family plan so that membership costs are cut in half. unfortunately, once you add an account, it's permanent and you cannot remove it. a lot of users have come into difficulty with this, as kingsisle doesn't allow members to leave family plans. please, sign this petition to make kingisles' customers satisfied.
