Make Wolfdogs legal in Pennsylvania!

Wolfdogs have been illegal in pa for a while now, and many people think this should change. There are many in shelters in neighboring states where they are legal who are in need of homes. Pennsylvania is a big state and there's plenty of room for people to have private ownership. Like many of the legal states, some towns/counties have separate laws regarding wolfdogs so there's a happy medium. Those states have not had any problems with those who own them.
