Allot 10% of Pro Athelete's Pay to Social Security

Pro atheletes' pay is astronomical, too say the least, and they ( with their own responsibile decisions) will never have to worry about their financial stability. I know 10% of their pay will never be missed...and we'll help secure Social Security benefits for the [average] working class. This is not meant to disrespect our pro athletes...it's meant to take one of our highest paid entertainment and put a tiny fraction of OUR money into a much needed basket...for us all.
