We need a skatepark!

I get tired of running from police and getting tickets. It's annoying and doesn't look good. Everyday when me and my friends are out skateboarding and we get kicked out of a spot its annoying because like another spot were gonna get kicked out. That's why we need a skate park built in Kirkwood, MO. I'm simply just trying to have fun with my friends and have a good time. But the issue with that is all of the private property spots we skate the police show up to everyday and its just stupid. I just want a skate park built in my city. It doesn't have to be good but it has to be a skatepark where we can skate freely without the police showing up. That's all I want. There are plenty of places to built one but will City Hall build one? Probably not.
