Make Smoking Illegal In The Home

We undersign this petition to the government to ban smoking inside people's Homes in the United Kingdom. Parents are not allowed to smoke in cars around their Children or dogs and in public spaces. So why should this be any different when it comes to the home.

Children who have to breath in second hand smoke in the United Kingdom should be taken away from their parents. It is Child Abuse and it should be a Crime to smoke around your kids in the home.
