Demand Deltona water to lower their reconnect fee from $62 to $15

    how many people have forgot to pay their water bill and when they get home the water is turned off and in order to have it reconnected you have to pay the amount owed + $62 or how many people just don't have that 60 or $70 to pay the water bill and now they're turned off and they have to pay an additional $62 to have it turned back on if I didn't have the 60 or $70 to pay my bill what makes you think that I'm going to have now that + $62 there should be a rollover where the reconnect fee should be $15 and build on your next bill
