Support for skilled non EU careworkers to remain & work in the UK

The UK has an ageing population living longer and there is a national shortage of skilled caring staff . Many of the best staff come from non EU countries such as the Phillipines ,Thailand etc ,are guaranteed permanent work ,pay their taxes and contribute greatly to our care for older & infirm people -howver they are being refused visa renewals to enable them to remain in the UK. In the meantime a percentage of EU nationals come here with no intention of working and claim benefits etc -this is unfair and a violationof human rights .
