Establish public verbial prayer after a Christian devotion in public schools.

There is no influence greater upon the nature of mankind than fervent effectual prayer and no system of mans invention, philosophy, or religious act; nothing exist that will assuge the cravings of evil appitites as effectivly as open public verbial Christian prayer. THE EVIDENCE OF FIFTY YEARS WITHOUT IT HAS DEMONSTRATED SOME HAVE BECOME MONSTERS WITH NO ABILITY TO CONTROL THEIR CARNAL APPETITES.  We must apply every aid at our hand to help them become fit to take charge of the future generations, socially, morally and spiritually equiped to manage the work before them.
