Ethnic English minority indigenous status and protection of historical culture programme

There needs to be something done to highlight the importance to  ethnic English minority status as people within world and within European nations the same as wales and Scotland , basque , Walloon Belgium , Frisians , Breton ,. This would be promoted more with new created historical cultural programme for children about indigenous historical ancient culture of home nation with middle English , old English curriculum online for schools, regional dialect, historical national English fashion and costume, old regional food from regions of England, literature , art the areas would put into a multimedia online and class room teaching within schools i would like backing of as many people from every part of globe to please support this to recognise ethnic white English people as minority and with homeland and ancient dialects,
