Justice for NICK

On Oct. 3, 2008 my brother was found deceased in his apartment (along with his girlfriend) in Wilmington, NC. This is due to an "assumed" lethal combination of perscription medication. (this was given to them by a local woman) In N.C. I am trying to get congress to pass a law that will hold these drug dealers with murder charges. In order to do that we have to drop "Contributory Neglegence"- which as it stands now if you contribute even 1% to your own death it will most likely get thrown out of court- These people are MURDERERS and they are getting away "scott free" How many other families have just taken no for an answer, and these people are still killing.
I won't get my brother & best friend back but this might just save your loved one who has a battle with drugs.

Please help me take a stand for OUR future!!

We, the undersigned, call on NC congress to drop Contributory neglegence and enact "Nick's Law" (death by distribution of drugs). This will insure harsher punishments for drug dealers & a safer future for our children!
