VAC Ban IP's not accounts.

Hackers are too easily bypassing VAC bans by making a new steam account for free and buying a new copy of the game (CSGO) this causes hackers to continue and not affected by bans as they have 2/3 accounts on average. They continue to ruin an amazing game so easily so I believe that the persons IP should have the VAC ban not just that steam account. This will prevent and scare of many future hackers and make the game more fair and enjoyable. Thank you.
