Jail food services privitization.

The Saskatchewan government is looking to privatize prison food services.  This is just the start of privatizing the whole prison system like the United States has been doing.  This has led to corruption and human rights abuses within the prison systems that have adopted it.  People are getting sent to jail for offenses they normally wouldn't. Some judges are accepting kickbacks from the private system to send juveniles to jail for minor offences.  The adult prisons are being filled past capacity to fund the private sector. The food quality has dropped significantly in order to maximize prophits.   We need to prevent the same abuses from coming to the Candadian justice system.  Please give your support to the prevention of the corruption of the Justice system in Saskatchewan by signing this petition.
