Unlock the gates at Kiwanis Park.

The goal of this petition is to get the gates at Kiwanis Park open, making parking accessible to the public.
The opening of Kiwanis Park gates would make 19 parking spots available (1 which is handicap accessible). It would also stop much of the illegal street parking by citizens trying to visit the park.
Re-opening the gates would bring people back to the park, allowing them to enjoy and host events in the park.
