I was a victim of a Fraud done by www.us-immigration.com. They provide an array of Immigration and Visa services. On April 22nd, 2015 I googled 'Apply for US Citizenship' and us-immigration.com was the first site that came up. I thought its the official page since they have the government USCIS appearance with the flag and the liberty. When i clicked on start your application it first asked me to create an account and right away asked me to pay $199 upfront which i thought is the government processing fee.
After I was done filling and printing the N400 form it said I have to make a check of $680 to Homeland Security that's when i realized that this was a complete FRAUD. I called them right away and asked them to give a refund since I dont need any help to fill a basic form, something that is available for FREE on USCIS website. They said they will only refund $49 back as courtesy. I asked what further assistance will they give and they said nothing else is provided in $199. That screams ROBBERY done in BROAD DAY LIGHT!
If they were straight forward about it they will not get a single cutomer to sign up. They dupe people into believing that they are the official government site for Immigration and take money upfront so that by the time people realize its a fraud its already too late, their money is gone.
All I want is your support for our voice to be heard by USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, ICE (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and US. Department of state. to shut down www.us-immigration.com IMMEDIATELY so that we can save more people from falling into their evil trap and put these crooks out of business for good.
