Felipe Montoya, a professor in Ontario was told that his family may have to leave Canada. Why? is it because they are from Costa Rica? No. Is it because they could be terrorists? NO.

IT IS BECAUSE THEIR SON HAS DOWN SYNDROME. Ad according to the Canadian government he may cost to much for them to want to help.
