STOP BULLYING AT WORK!

I'm currently a carer in a care home and currently being bullied and laughed at. I had a miscarriage at work in December 2016 and have had complications which I needed surgery and because I had 2 days off work staff are talking behind my back now 3 months on I have had to go for surgery again as part of the foetus is still in my womb. This has now caused me to have an infection. Now my manager is saying if I take anymore time off that I will be sacked. Please help me get this out there and show this can not happen to other people and to myself.
