Investigate the rescue and transport for Sweet Lee who was killed while being transported

Justice for Lee! Poor, scared Lee was rescued by a so called rescue (CSE Plus) Kathleen Tortu-Bowles back in August 2013. It has been stated that while being transported in a filthy RV, this rescue team drugged Lee most of the time, and it was discovered that Lee was not supervised, got lose with a muzzle on his mouth and later shot by a farmer. In the mean time, this rescue group took over $1500.00 dollars in pledges promising to keep him safe. We want to know how this happened. We want this rescue, transport and farmer investigated for animal neglect and possibly murder of this dog. We want her 501c3 revoked! She is only in it for the money and uses peoples emotions to pledge money and making us think the dogs are safe, when in reality she only cares about the money!
