The lack of communication between rushcard.com and their customers are very poor! They are online on YouTube advertising how to set up direct deposit through their company when they are relaying messages to us telling us that they are still resolving systematic problems that is keeping us from accessing all funds online account and over the phone transactions! This is not acceptable the apology will not be accepted and specially when you are not doing anything to resolve this so the people can go back to their regular lives this has impacted us a lot! Let's sign this petition and get them on their toes making sure they are getting the work done that is needed and it needs to be done now!
